PAYMENTS - JUNIOR CAMPS
A $250 per child, per week deposit, plus a one-time camper registration fee of $20.00 is required for registration. Camp Tuition balances are due May 1st, 2012 for all June sessions, June 1st, 2012 for all July sessions, and July 1st, 2012 for all August sessions. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa and Master Card) only or by personal check (sent by mail). We accept registrations at any time right up to the start of camp, where openings exist. The cost for camp are $975 for Residential (Overnight) Camp, $695 for Extended Day Camp, $495 for Full Day Camp, and $375 for Half Day Camp. Lunch and dinner are included for Extended Day Campers; lunch is included for Day Campers.
After you register, you will promptly receive a registration confirmation by email. A registration "packet" with detailed information about camp will be emailed after April 1st.
Once registered, if you have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a camp credit for all Camp Tuition payments made, valid through 2013, for any Nike Tennis Camp, transferable to an immediate family member. Cancellation Protection is optional and can be purchased for $35 per camp session. With cancellation protection purchase, cancel by your camp tuition "balance due" date (see above) and receive a refund of all camp tuitions made. If you cancel after your camp tuition "balance due" date, you will receive a camp credit for your tuition fees paid, good for an immediate family member and can be used towards any US Sports Camp. Credits are valid through 2013.
An additional deposit of $40 will be collected on the first day of camp for all Resident campers, payable by check. This check will be returned upon the return of the dorm key on the last day of camp. |
